A judge finds Michael Gableman in contempt of court.
Dane County Circuit Court Judge Frank Remington held Gableman in contempt yesterday after Gableman refused to say whether his office is complying with Judge Remington’s order to release documents on the elections fraud probe. Judge Remington oversees a lawsuit against the former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice and his Office of Special Counsel assigned by the state assembly to look into alleged fraud in the 2020 election.
Gableman has already released hundreds of records but his critics are suing for more.
