Wisconsin lawmakers will come back to the Capitol in two weeks, but they will do nothing to change the state’s abortion laws.
Governor Evers yesterday ordered a special session for June 22nd in hopes that lawmakers will vote to make abortions legal in the state. Wisconsin is one the states where abortion will be come illegal if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu yesterday said they will quickly gavel-in and gavel-out, and leave the state’s abortion laws unchanged.
