The court battle over Wisconsin’s investigation into the 2020 election is taking a new turn.
A Dane County judge yesterday ordered former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman to testify at a hearing for an open records request from his office. An outside group has asked for all manner of emails and communications from Gableman’s special prosecutor’s office, but he refused to turn them over. The judge wants Gableman to answer questions in-person about that at a hearing tomorrow.
