Erraactc driving lead to the arrest of a Minnesota man.
It was at approximately 2:26 pm, Monday May 30th when the Wisconsin State Patrol took multiple reports of a vehicle traveling westbound on I-94 near Wilson, that was swerving all over the road and traveling on the shoulder. A Trooper was able to locate the vehicle, illegally parked partially in the roadway of the I-94 exit 16 off ramp.
A subsequent investigation including standardized field sobriety test was conducted. The driver, Mark Christopher Lasiewicz from Ramsey, MN, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 1st offense with minor passengers. Mr. Lasiewicz was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood and then to the St. Croix County Jail. The children, ages 12 and seven, were released to an adult family member.
