The anger with Kiel Schools over their misgendering investigation of three eighth grade boys has now canceled the city’s Memorial Day Parade.
Police made that announcement yesterday. The cancellation comes after a week of threats to Kiel schools. Students have been learning from home this week as police and school leaders deal with the threats. Investigators say people are furious that the school district launched a sexual harassment case against the three boys for not using ‘they/them’ pronouns for another student.
