A judge has ended a child sexual abuse case in Eau Claire without a verdict.
The judge yesterday declared a mistrial in David Balistreri’s trial. He’s accused of touching an 11-year-old girl while she slept. The jury said it could not agree on a verdict. Prosecutors have not yet said whether they will try the case again.
