Wisconsin’s two U.S. Senators voted exactly how you thought they would on the abortion plan on Capitol Hill.
Republican Senator Ron Johnson yesterday voted against the proposal, while Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin voted for the plan.
The proposed law would have created a national abortion law that would have allowed for abortions almost without limit. Johnson said the plan would have ‘eviscerated’ state-based pro-life laws, and gone far beyond what Roe v. Wade allowed.
