The investigation into the 2020 election here in Wisconsin is on-hold until there are some rulings from a couple of judges.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos yesterday said he is pausing former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman’s investigation until a series of lawsuits surrounding the case are settled. Vos says there’s no need to continue investigating what they already know.
Gableman is waiting for rulings on his subpoena powers and whether he can compel the mayors of Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Racine, and Kenosha to testify. There are also a couple of lawsuits dealing with open record requests. There’s no word when those cases will be completed.
