Mental Health Results Expected Next Week In WI Murder Case

It remains to be seen if the woman accused in Green Bay’s meth-sex murder case will face prison time.

A judge yesterday set a hearing for next week to see if Taylor Schabusiness is mentally competent enough to go to trial. Schabusiness is accused of strangling a man during a day of meth-fueled sex back in February. After death, police say she continued to have sex with him before cutting his body into pieces and trying to hide them around the home.

Schabusiness’ first mental health exam said she was competent enough for trial. She was given a second mental health exam, that will be discussed at next week’s hearing.
