A Green County woman who’s son is accused of slashing her throat says she thought he was having a psychotic episode while it was happening.
A criminal complaint says she told investigators Ryan Lewis woke her up early in the morning last Wednesday. She says she asked him if he needed to go to the hospital but he said no and later slashed her throat with a knife. The woman survived and Lewis was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and physical abuse of an elder person.
