The WAXX Cares project for the month of April is “Sofas For Service.”
It’s a way to make sure we don’t just “sit by” while our Veterans and hero’s lack basic household items.
Last year (2021) “Sofas” helped 128 area veterans furnish their homes with furniture, beds, kitchen wares, small appliances and other miscellaneous household items.
