There is no word who has been reported as part of Wisconsin’s investigation into clergy sex abuse, nor is there any word on when the cases occurred.
Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday updated his investigation on its one year anniversary. Kaul said his tip line has gotten a thousand calls, and fielded just over 200 complaints. He says the tips have produced one criminal case. But Kaul is not saying just when the reports of abuse occurred. Catholic Church leaders in the state said Kaul should be looking at abuse complaints going forward, not cases from decades ago that have already been settled.
