The brother of a Boston Marathon bombing victim is planning to run the race again.
Henry Richard said that after crossing the finish line Monday. He did it at almost the exact time two bombs went off in 2013, killing his eight-year-old brother and two others. He said he did it for Martin and their entire family. He was among nearly 30-thousand people who took part, representing every state and more than 120 countries.
