A Monroe County man is found guilty of abusing a three-year-old child, resulting in his death.
Marcus Anderson of Tomah was recently convicted of nearly a dozen charges, including first-degree intentional homicide. Anderson is accused of causing several injuries to Kyson Rice back in 2019, killing the boy. His sentencing date hasn’t been set.
