The Wisconsin Supreme Court has a big week.
The justices will hear arguments about school gender policies and ballot drop boxes. The case on gender comes from Madison, where a parent filed a lawsuit over Madison School’s policy to keep kids’ gender changes at school secret. That will be heard tomorrow.
The ballot drop box case could decide whether drop boxes will be allowed going forward in the state. That case will be argued Wednesday morning.
