It remains to be seen just when and where Darrell Brooks Jr.’s trial for the deaths of six people in last year’s Waukesha Christmas Parade will take place.
Brooks was in court in Waukesha yesterday. His lawyers once again asked for a delay, and to move the trial. His lawyers continue to say they don’t think he can get a fair trial in Waukesha. Brooks is facing life in prison for the attack last November. Police say he sped through the parade, killing six and injuring more than 60 others. They still have not said why.
