Everybody is okay after a molten aluminum spill and fire in Fond du Lac.
It happened early yesterday morning at the Mercury Marine facility. Firefighters had to use dry chemical fire extinguishers to control the flames. It took them about an hour-and-a-half to clean-up the spilled aluminum. No one was hurt. There’s no word just what caused the spill.
