Wisconsin’s state treasurer is the latest to look to pull the plug on any Russian investments.
Treasurer Sarah Godlewski yesterday asked the State of Wisconsin Investment Board to see what investments the state has in any Russian companies or funds, and make a plan to dump them. Godlewski says Wisconsin should not be in business with Russia after its invasion of Ukraine. Several other states and private companies have already called for the same kind of thing.
