One of Milwaukee’s most prolific car thieves is headed to prison for 15 years.
A judge yesterday told 20-year-old Lazarion Gaillard that he is essentially a one man crime spree. Prosecutors say Gaillard stole as many as 15 luxury cars in just two weeks. They say he stole other cars as well. Milwaukee Police say Gaillard would often break into people’s homes, steal their keys, then take their cars. Gaillard apologized for his crimes, but the judge didn’t buy it.
