An East Troy man hit it big on a scratcher.
The Wisconsin Lottery says Kenneth Spaight got the grand prize in the Marvelous Millions instant scratch game. There are just three one million-dollars scratchers in the entire game. Spaight bought the lucky 30 dollar ticket at the Cornerstone Filling Station in Eagle.
