Team USA is celebrating another top 10 finish in an event after Deedra Irwin placed seventh in the women’s 15km individual biathlon.
The Wisconsin native finished the event in 45:14.1. Irwin finished a little over one minute after Denise Herrmann of Germany, who claimed the gold medal with her victory. Three other Americans also competed in the event. Clare Egan finished 39th, Joanne Reid finished 57th, and Susan Dunklee finished 63rd.
