One of the men who were recently arrested in connection with a dead body that was found on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus is charged with homicide.
Pedro Santiago-Marquez appeared in court yesterday where he was charged with first-degree intentional homicide and mutilating a corpse. The other man who was arrested this week was charged with aiding a felon. A third man who was already in custody is also charged with homicide. The suspects are accused of killing Jason Mendez-Ramos last September over an 80-thousand dollar drug debt.
