ThedaCare in Appleton is no longer trying to get a judge to force some of its team members to stay in jobs they do not want.
The company on Friday dropped its lawsuit against Ascension Northeast against seven members of its interventional radiology team. ThedaCare CEO Imran Andrabi told The Post-Crescent they instead want to focus on finding people to fill the positions. ThedaCare asked a judge to stop the seven from leaving for Ascension, but the judge last week refused. He said ThedaCare never made the case that he should act. The seven team members say Ascension simply offered them better opportunities, so they took them.
