President Molly Bushman is pleased to announce the hiring of Mrs. Libby Leinenkugel as the new McDonell Area Catholic Schools (MACS) Director of Advancement.
“McDonell Area Catholic Schools is thrilled to welcome Mrs. Libby (Cyr) Leinenkugel ‘94 to our leadership team. I am confident that Libby will advance the mission and vision of our Catholic Schools by building relationships with alumni and supporters as well as fundraising and development efforts. We also thank Mrs. Jaynee (Armstrong) Brannen ‘03 for her generous service to our schools and ongoing commitment to serve in a volunteer capacity,” said Mrs. Bushman.
Mrs. Leinenkugel, daughter of Steve ‘64 and Linda Cyr, is proud to be a McDonell Central Catholic High School alumna. She and her husband Matt, also an alumnus, have two daughters who attend MACS. Their family belongs to St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Chippewa Falls. She received her Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and has demonstrated servant leadership through a number of volunteer positions in the Chippewa Falls and MACS community.
Most recently, Mrs. Leinenkugel served as the Associate Director of Operations for TMG by Molina HealthCare. She states, “I am honored to have been selected to advance the vibrant mission of the McDonell Area Catholic Schools that was started 140 years ago. I have great leaders to follow that came before me and will rely on the wisdom of people who have immersed themselves in the core values of faith, academic excellence, healthy living, community and servant leadership. The tradition of MACS has been a part of my family for generations and is instrumental in the formation of our children’s development. I am eager to be engaged in the culture and understand how to support the needs of the students, their families, faculty and staff who carry out the important work of educating our kids.”
