A reward is available in an effort to capture a suspected shooter of an off duty Milwaukee officer.
The FBI says a ten thousand dollar reward is offered to help find and arrest Keasean Ellis Brown. The 19-year old is on the loose and should be considered armed and dangerous. Two other suspects are already in custody for the January 13th incident. The 37-year old detective is in stable condition.
