A case involving parents’ rights with their children in school is to be heard by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
The issue stems from the Madison Metropolitan School District’s policy of not divulging to a child’s parents if their child identifies differently and uses a different name at school because of transgenderism. After the court agreed to hear the case, plaintiffs’ attorney Kate Anderson said on Friday she is hopeful the high court “will take the lead in protecting a parent’s right to be a parent.”
