The clock is now running to bring down that condemned condo building in Waukesha.
The city’s fire inspector last week issued a raze order for the building. That means the building must come down within 120 days, or the city can begin the process to tear it down on their own. Dozens of families were rushed out of the building last month after inspectors said it was in danger of collapsing.
