No charges are being filed in connection with a deadly home-break in Appleton.
Investigators say Jonathan Tolley was shot and killed by a homeowner after breaking into their house last June. Investigators say Tolley forced his way into a locked bedroom where the homeowner was hiding before being shot. The shooting has been declared self-defense.
