A suspect accused of attacking a woman on the East River Trail in Green Bay pleads not guilty to five felony charges. Miles Cruz appeared for his arraignment in Brown County Court today.
Among the charges he is facing are attempted first-degree homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, strangulation and suffocation. Cruz allegedly assaulted a woman in October while was walking with her four-week-old baby.
