It’s eight years in prison for Altoona’s former superintendent on child pornography charges.
A federal judge in Madison yesterday handed down Dan Peggs’ sentence. Peggs pleaded guilty to child porn charges, he was originally facing more serious charges of making child pornography and sex trafficking a minor. He’s due to report to prison in January. Peggs will also have to register as a sex offender for the next 15 years.
