Kyle Rittenhouse’s jury is heading into its fourth day of jury deliberations.
The jury did not reach a verdict once again yesterday. Jurors have now deliberated for three full days. One of the jurors asked to take the jury instructions home last night, and the judge agreed. Tuesday’s first day of deliberations saw the jury ask for those instructions, then on Wednesday the jury asked to see the drone footage that preceded Joseph Rosenbaum’s shooting. Yesterday, the jury didn’t ask any questions. Jurors are expected back at the courthouse this morning to start deliberations once again.
