Rittenhouse Jury to Review Drone Footage

Rittenhouse Jury to Review Drone Footage

The jurors in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse have more questions.  They want to see drone footage of the Rittenhouse shootings, and Judge Bruce Schroeder says he wants no restrictions on the viewing.

But the judge did say he will hear from the defense and prosecution and decide how long the jury can watch.  The defense claims the footage was withheld from them by the prosecution and they’ve filed a mistrial motion.  The judge is allowing the jurors to watch the video, but added he’s reviewing the motion for a mistrial.  The jurors are deliberating for a second day in Wisconsin.  Rittenhouse is accused of killing two men and injuring a third during protests in Kenosha last year.
