The state continues to see COVID-19 cases rise.
The Department of Health reported just under four-thousand new cases yesterday which was the most since mid-December of last year. The rolling 7-day average is over 29-hundred cases a day. There were 22 COVID deaths reported yesterday, raising the death toll in the state since the beginning of pandemic to eight-thousand-779.
