We’re in for an update on the work to close Wisconsin’s racial gap in the classroom.
The Speaker’s Task Force on Racial Disparities is set to meet today in Madison. They are going to focus on education disparities. Speaker Robin Vos created the task force last year to look at all manner of proposals and policy changes that touch on race. Today’s meeting will give the public the first chance to hear what the Task Force is considering for its educational changes.
