Governor Tony Evers has ordered flags across the state to fly at half-staff Monday to honor a Wisconsin sailor who was killed in the 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
The remains of Navy Hospital Apprentice 1st Class Keefe R. Connolly of Markeson were identified earlier this year. He died aboard the U.S.S. Oklahoma in the attack that drew the U.S. into World War Two. Keefe Connolly was 23 years old.
