After three decades with the team, Milwaukee Brewers coach Ed Sedar is retiring.
Sedar announced his retirement today in a news release saying, “Being able to spend 30 years with one organization is something I will always cherish.” Coach Sedar started as the Brewers’ Minor League outfield and base running coordinator in 1992. He moved up to the majors in 2007, making his way from the Brewers’ first base coach to third base coach, where he stayed through 2020. Sedar spent his final season with the team as an advisor to the coaching staff.
