Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman says he is not trying to overturn the 2020 election, he is simply trying to figure out what happened.
Gableman released a video yesterday that explains what he is doing, and what he is trying to accomplish. Gableman says the focus of his investigation is to find out what went right on Election Day last year, and to find out if anything went wrong. He did say that he will “compel” election clerks around the state to cooperate with his investigation. That likely means subpoenas. The clerks in Madison and Milwaukee have already refused to go along with Gableman’s investigation.
