Folks in Wisconsin may soon need to be 21 in order to buy any tobacco products, but some anti-smoking advocates want more.
Sara Sahli with the Cancer Action Network says the plan forwarded by lawmakers last week has too many holes in it. She says lawmakers are allowing a loophole for vape products to continue. The Senate’s judiciary committee last week voted to send the proposal to the full Senate for a vote. A plan two years ago made it through the state Assembly but fizzled-out after that.
