One of the men wanted for a quadruple murder in Dunn County is in jail in the Twin Cities.
St. Paul Police yesterday said they arrested 56-year-old Darren Osborne for the killings. Dunn County deputies found a black SUV with the four victims inside on Sunday.
Investigators in St. Paul say a second suspect, 38-year-old Antoine Suggs, is at large. Police believe he is in the Twin Cities and warn he is likely armed and dangerous.
