Unvaccinated Mercy Health workers are to contribute to a high risk fund.
The health care system officials say the risk fund is to be used for those who face medical issues from COVID-19 which could somehow be tracked to the unvaccinated. The new rule also says the unvaccinated health workers will always wear a face mask at work and get tested for COVID-19 every week.
