The Eau Claire Police Department has been notified Sex Offender Thomas W. D’Lamatter, DOB 11/29/1979,
will be released from prison on September 14, 2021. D’Lamatter’s previous convictions include:
- 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child (April 26, 2010) – Eau Claire County
- 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child (April 13, 2006)- Eau Claire County
- 4th Degree Sexual Assault (September 24, 2001)- Eau Claire County
D’Lamatter will be released without a residence in the City of Eau Claire. The primary focus of D’Lamatter’s
DOC release plan is to insure public safety. D’Lamatter’s conditions of release include: - Lifetime Sex Offender registration and GPS tracking.
- Comply with all Sex Offender Registrant rules.
- Cooperate with electronic monitoring.
