WI Cranberries “Bogged” Down By Heat

The hot, dry summer in Wisconsin took its toll on the state’s cranberry crop.

Growers say they expect an ‘average’ crop at best this year. Wisconsin is the nation’s largest cranberry grower. An ‘average’ crop this year would mean either just above or just below five million barrels of cranberries.
