RSV Cases Spike in WI

Doctors say there’s another respiratory disease making the rounds in Wisconsin.

RSV usually doesn’t start to appear until later in the fall, but doctors say they started to see a spike in cases back in July. RSV is usually just a cough and mild symptoms for most people, but it can be more serious for the very young and the very old.

Doctors say the symptoms of RSV are similar to the coronavirus, which sometimes makes it difficult to spot.
