A young sailor killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor will be buried in his hometown of Milwaukee.
Navy Seaman Second Class Arthur Thinnes served on the USS Oklahoma in 1941 when the battleship was attacked by Japanese planes. Torpedoes ripped the ship apart and killed 429 crewman including Thinnes. In 2015, his remains were exhumed for analysis and identified. Thinnes will be buried in Milwaukee on October 15th.
