Animal shelters in Chippewa Valley are seeing more and more pets being surrendered.
The Eau Claire County Human Association says people have brought their pets due to moving, having a baby, deployment, or allergies. They say there are willing to provide resources, so people don’t have to surrender their animals. The Chippewa County Human Association put up a post saying their kennel is almost full. The same situation is happening in the Eau Claire area.
