The Eau Claire Area School District recently made the following statement as they announced an updated requirement for masks heading into the back to school season.
ECASD STATEMENT:
Based on data regarding COVID-19 increases and transmission levels in Eau Claire County, the ECASD will be requiring students grades 9-12 to mask indoors. This will begin August 30, 2021, for grade 9 and student leaders participating in high school Link Crew orientation and September 1, 2021, for all other high school students.
As previously announced on August 12, PK-8 students will also be required to mask indoors.
