There is a new Republican boss in Wisconsin.
The state party elected Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow to the job yesterday. He replaces Andrew Hitt who left after just two years. Farrow is a former state lawmaker and will continue to serve as county executive. He takes over a Republican Party facing some very important elections next year and trailing in the fundraising race.
