The average price for regular gas in Wisconsin is a penny a gallon lower than a week ago.
Heading into the weekend Triple-A says the price at the pump in the Badger State is three-dollars-and-four-cents a gallon today. The national average is three-18. Drivers are paying three-ten-a-gallon in Kenosha County, three-oh-eight in Eau Claire and La Crosse, three-oh-two in Madison, two-96 in Green Bay and two-88 in Fond du Lac.
