There could still be some flames burning at the old industrial building in downtown Fort Atkinson.
The city’s fire chief backed-off the fire yesterday after the flames drained the city’s water supply. Chief Daryl Rausch says his crews had to let the fire burn itself out. No one was injured in the massive fire, but the building is a total loss. The chief says once what’s left of the building is cool enough, investigators will look for a cause.
