There are more people living on the streets in Eau Claire.
Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council wrapped-up its homeless count last week, and organizers say there are 32 people who are homeless in the city. That number was seven back in January and was the same seven last July. The WDEOC’s Nathan Dougherty says there are likely more than just 32, but that’s just the number that staffers counted.
